PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia

1. Booking Confirmation

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 60+ days prior to departure: 50% refund
  • 30–59 days prior: 25% refund
  • Less than 30 days: no refund
  • Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

3. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, or safety concerns. The captain has final authority on route decisions.

4. Insurance Requirement

All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal belongings.

5. Force Majeure

PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or severe weather.

6. Liability Limitation

Maximum liability is limited to the total invoice amount. PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or consequential damages beyond the trip cost.

7. Komodo National Park Fees

Entrance fees are excluded from the trip price unless explicitly stated otherwise on the invoice.
